Today for Monday mashup we explored the BrainBoxes I worked with Beau Oscar James we made a circuit it made the fan spin and the radio it was fun

For Monday mashup we explored using magnets we  had a science kit which included magnets paper clips circle magnets and play dough in my group were learning more stuff  we discovered not a lote of stuff.

In 1847 women couldn’t vote so kare shepperard  worked hard. Now women can vote she put ather

people signatures on a paper and shod it to the people women can vote now.

When we pulled the string the butterfly went up. When  we let go the butterfly fell down because of friction. It went up the straw and. string made friction when you let go gravity makes it fall dawn.

We  went to see Harold🦒 and Jo and I learnt about the human body. We learnt most about the heart and oxygen, Food Healthy, Water, Exercise, Sleep, Love, Safety, Clean, and Shelter.  Have you ever seen Harold?

In our experiment we compared how high each ball bounced. In my group, the bouncy ball bounced the highest because we added force.

When we threw the bouncy ball it bounced the heist because it was made out of Rubber which has elastic.

In science we wrapped up thermometers in four different colours black, red, tin foil and white. We left them in the sun for 15 minutes to see which paper heated the thermometer up the most. 

Which colour made the thermometer heat up the most? The black paper absorbs the sunlight the most but the whit

Why? The black paper heat

Today we learnt what things we shouldn,t share online. and what things we can share online.

For Monday Mashup, we made rollback toys. 

First we drew a design plan based on a prototype rollback toy. Then we gathered all our materials.  

My rollback toy is unique because it is cool.

The most difficult part about making my toy was the glue.

I think I could make my next toy even better by trying harder. 

Our rollback toys move on their own because gravity and the twist of the rubber bands. 

We made a thing using the EPRO8 equipment.  my faveret theg is making the legs. We had to make a dog kennel for a dog to sleep in. I worked in a group with some other children in my kaiawhina group.
